We are skilled in contract negotiations and contingency planning.  We have successfully negotiated attrition penalties and relocated conferences due to 9/11, SARS, Hurricane Katrina and hotel construction issues with minimal impact on profitability.

Our President is active in both Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), enabling her to keep abreast of trends within the meetings industry both domestically and internationally.  She is sought out by industry partners to sit on advisory boards, speak at events, and write newsletter articles. Additionally, she has been a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) for more than 10 years and is committed to continuing education.
