On Call Meeting Solutions provide the assistance of a meetings expert – in blocks of time you “spend” entirely at your discretion. Outsource a variety of services from the start, or get help as your planning progresses:

• Have an experienced set of eyes review your contract to point out potential liability issues and areas where you can save money.
• Get help developing and keeping track of your budget — we’ll even check the final invoice for accuracy.
• Delegate menu planning and negotiating A/V services.
• Entrust us with room block management and ensuring room reservations are in on time.
• Let us chase down speaker deliverables such as session descriptions and final presentations.
• Not reaching your target audience? We’ll evaluate your marketing strategy, develop fresh tactics and sharpen your messaging to increase attendance.
• Have an extra pair of hands on-site to help with registration or address unexpected issues.

How On Call Meeting Solutions work:

• Purchase 10-hour blocks of time for $1,000 each
• Each block must be pre-purchased before work commences
• Blocks may be used for multiple events
• Entire block must be used within 6 months of purchase
• Unused time is not refundable
• Overages are applied to a new 10-hour block of time
• Projects requiring over 50 hours fall within Total Meeting Solutions and are not applicable
• Our team of experts works remotely except as arranged for on-site at your event
• Travel and other out-of-pocket expenses (if required) are not included and will be invoiced separately
